Approach
My experiences as a queer mixed race (Chinese/Irish Canadian) trans woman inform my work which is rooted in anti-oppression, anti-racism, consent culture, and an understanding of intergenerational trauma. I work with clients to create a space that aims to bring curiosity without judgement or shame to explore what is troubling you. I draw from IFS/Parts Work and use mindfulness techniques to help clients build an understanding of themselves, how they move through the world and how the world moves around them. If you are interested in learning more about my approach or you think we might be a good fit, please contact me for a free 15 minute consultation.
